ASDD offers digital services such as:

  • Digital Marketing
  • Content Writing
  • Business Strategy & Consultation
  • UI/UX Design
  • Software Deployment and Support

Services may vary based on the chosen package (Basic, Pro, Advance) or custom agreement.

3. Project Requirements

Clients must provide:

  • Accurate and complete project details
  • Required content (text, images, branding materials, etc.)
  • Timely feedback and approvals

ASDD is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or late submissions.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

  • A project begins only after the initial advance payment.
  • Full payment must be made before final delivery or deployment.
  • All payments are non-refundable, except in rare cases where ASDD fails to start the project.
  • Custom packages may have separate payment milestones.

5. Timelines & Delivery

Project timelines depend on the package selected:

  • Basic: 5–7 Days
  • Pro: 7–12 Days
  • Advance: 15–25 Days

Delays may occur if client feedback or content is late.
Revisions are limited based on the selected plan.

6. Revisions & Changes

Each plan includes a limited number of revisions:

  • Basic: 1 revision
  • Pro: 3 revisions
  • Advance: Unlimited revisions (within scope)

Major changes outside the original agreement may incur additional charges.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All custom-created work becomes the client’s property after full payment.
  • ASDD may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
  • Stock images, licensed tools, and third-party plugins remain subject to their own licensing terms.

8. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide necessary content on time
  • Review and approve work promptly
  • Ensure provided materials do not violate copyrights

ASDD is not responsible for any damages arising from client-provided content.

9. Website or App Hosting & Maintenance

ASDD does not guarantee uptime or hosting performance if the hosting is managed by a third party.
Maintenance is provided only if included in the selected package.

10. Third-Party Services

Some services (hosting, domain registration, plugins, APIs) may involve third-party providers.
ASDD is not responsible for issues caused by third-party failures or policy changes.

11. Confidentiality

ASDD respects client confidentiality and will not share project details with outside parties unless authorized or legally required.

12. Limitation of Liability

ASDD is not liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Security issues caused by third-party hosting
  • Business losses resulting from website downtime
  • Misuse of delivered content by the client

13. Termination

ASDD reserves the right to terminate a project or service if:

  • The client fails to make payments
  • The client behaves abusively or unprofessionally
  • The client violates these Terms & Conditions

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

14. Updates to Terms

ASDD may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
